We experienced the staff at Pilot as polite and knowledgeable who know what they are talking about.
They are problem solving people who always look for solutions and do NOT think in terms of problems.
PILOT Cycles is a company which I can certainly recommend if you are looking for a titanium bike.
After all, nothing beats customization.
These PILOT e-bikes are briljant and in combination with a carbon GATES belt it works like a charm!!
