We want you to be happy with your PILOT and we’ll do whatever we can, to make that happen. Our policies outline just how far we’ll go to keep a smile on your face, and what you need to do if you find you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY (PARTS AND CLOTHING)
PILOT CYCLES has a return policy of 30 days after receipt of the product on accessory and clothing purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in new condition, with the original packaging. PILOT CYCLES will issue a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping costs. Used, washed, or damaged clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.
14-DAY, 100% MONEY BACK (BICYCLES AND FRAMES)
We understand that not everyone has the convenience of seeing one of our bikes in a local bike shop. For this reason we have provided a risk free guarantee on a bike or frame purchased from us directly. Customers have 14 days from the receipt of a PILOT bicycle or frame to determine their complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will rectify the problem or you may return the product in its original packaging.
PILOT CYCLES guarantees and insures every shipment. Many companies put the burden of lost or damaged shipments on the consumer. All packages are our responsibility until the customer receives them in good condition.

Final order amounts, including tax and shipping will be communicated after entry of shipping and billing information. All prices are quoted in euros. PILOT CYCLES will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices, weights or other information.
